Mehul has diverse and rich experience of more than 13 years with leading investment banks having handled more than 100 capital raising and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to starting RippleWave, Mehul was with J P Morgan in India as Executive Director – Equity Capital Markets where he completed several capital raising transactions. Before joining J P Morgan, he spent 8 years with ICICI Securities as part of the investment banking team completing several deals including IPOs, GDRs, ADRs, FCCBs, QIPs, rights, placements, buybacks, open offers and delistings. He also has the unique experience of starting his career with the regulator - the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) where he was closely involved in developing the framework for derivatives market in India.
Mehul is an MBA from University of Mumbai.

Vipul has been an entrepreneur throughout and had his own consulting practice providing capital market and corporate advisory services to his clients. Vipul has advised international companies across engineering, consumer and IT/ITES sectors in developing business strategy and entry into India. He has helped them identify targets and advised on valuations and negotiation strategy. He has also assisted companies on restructuring mandates including development of revival package, negotiations and tax advisory.
Vipul is a qualified Chartered Accountant. |
